Winter is almost upon us and we should all make sure that we complete the seasonal maintenance chores as the cold temperatures arrive. Below is a list of items that will help your clients prepare for this fast approaching cold winter and preserve their homes. - Change your furnace/air conditioner filter. - Change the batteries in your smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector if they use them. - Disconnect hoses from the bibs.
